Both of these folders are the usual plugin dll install paths. I noticed that Waves had added references to the v10 shell (WaveShell1-VST 10.0_圆4.dll) in two spots, C:\Program Files\VstPlugins and C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins. All the Waves v10 plugins were easily seen and scanned by Cakewalk by Bandlab and Cubase. I had renewed the WUP for all the expired v9 plugins and updated all. Logged into my Waves account and downloaded and installed only Waves 10.0 plugins. I then re download Wave Central and installed.

I did move my Waves licenses to the license cloud prior to any of this. So I wiped the waves appdata folder, removed all plugin scan paths, uninstalled Waves central and deleted all references to Waves plugins/Central/Shells that I could find in the registry.

In fact in trying all this, SO v4 stopped listing all my Wave v9.92 plugins in the process. Reseting the blacklist, removing and then re-adding the plugin scan folders, and deleting the Waves Appdata folder, didn't do anything. I have read this thread several times looking for a solution to Studio One V4 not recognizing any of my Wave v10.0 plugins.
